Battery Protection Maximize Problem

I just bought this brand new Samsung Galaxy A55 5g last 3 weeks ago. First, I fully charged this phone since it's first time to reach 100%. Now I turned on battery protection and choosing maximize. It says "your battery will stop charging when it reaches 80%". Now the problem is, it's never moves or reaches to 80% instead it will stop at 79%. It should reach 80% and stop charging, then when a few % is dropped it should charge again, but all I see is stop at 79%

Same with my A55 but i dont mind at all. Waiting for one ui7 with battery selection of 80, 85, 90, 95 max charged.

Should be normal! My Z Fold4 stops at 79% and my S23+ stops at 80%
