Galaxy AYou can also try checking your battery's health status using the "AccuBattery" app to compare if you get the same results. Please note that the battery health percentage shown using the third-party app may not be accurate and is just an estimate. You can download the app from the Play Store.
I suggest restarting your device to refresh the system as well.
If that doesn't fix the issue, you might need to recalibrate your battery. This process helps the operating system calculate the battery percentage much more accurately. To do it, follow these steps:
First, you need to use your device until its battery percentage is zero. Use it further until it shuts down automatically.
After that, plug your device into a power source. Let your device charge uninterruptedly until it's full. Don't use the device while it's charging. Once it's full, turn on your device and check if the same issue follows.
If the same behavior persists, you might need to service the device. Please contact Samsung Support for further assistance on these links: https://www.samsung.com/ph/support/contact/#start-chat
I hope that helps! Cheers!
