Blue flashing line while gaming

Why there is a blue flashing line at the bottom of the screen while gaming. It causes lag and automatic set the volume down. Can anybody know what causing this?

When the blue thing pops up..

It looks like a thin blue line flashing up and down when in land scapes right side where the navigation buttons are located.

Similar to edge lighting only appear on the side of the screen where the navigation buttons are located. This appear only on that side.

Most of the time Reddit has the answer or solution to question.

Yes thats the same issue same as mine. So the game launcher is the one causing this issue?

Yep, it's game launcher is causing it..
According to this it's throttling the device performance..

Mine shows up when I received a message, and sometimes not apparently just noticed it now, did a search on Reddit and sound a topic about it.

I think i found the solution. I will monitor if this blue line apper when i turn this feature off.

Yep, that could work too or you can turn on the labs setting in the game launcher
