Hi~ when was the last time it worked properly? What were you doing/apps installed prior getting the error? Have you tried resetting your network settings?

You may also try turning on safe mode and checking it. What it does is disable all 3rd party apps. If the issue still persists then it could really be the device. Otherwise, if it doesn't happen while on safe mode, then try checking the apps you have installed.

Hhmmm....I would still recommend trying to go to safe mode and observe it. Otherwise, you might need to perform a factory reset. Last resort, go to your nearest samsung service center.

Hello Aoyama1999,

Good evening! I'm sorry to hear about the troubles you're having with your Galaxy phone. It's frustrating dealing with system errors all at once.

Here are some steps to try:

  1. Restart: Power off, wait, then turn on. This often helps with glitches.

  2. Airplane Mode: Turn on/off to reset connections.

  3. Bluetooth Cache: Clear cache in settings under Bluetooth.

  4. Safe Mode: Restart in Safe Mode to check for app issues.

  5. Update OS: Ensure your phone has the latest updates for fixes.

If problems continue, reach out to Samsung support via Samsung Members app for more assistance.

@Samsung

How many people are going to have to complain about your Qualcomm Fast Connect 6900 faulty Bluetooth and Wi-Fi NIC chipset for you to have to issue a recall on almost every mid to high-end device that you have ever sold? You have people with mid-range Samsung A53 all the way up to the flagship of 2021 the S21 Ultra, and now the problems are spreading through the S22 lineup and even the S23 Ultra is having the exact same problem. I have opened eight tickets for this with support, and they keep responding with the same bull ***. It's like they can't read.

  • Reset the phone
  • Reset the network settings
  • Soft reset the phone
  • Wipe the cache
  • Reset the entire device from factory settings
  • Uninstall third party apps
  • Hard reset
  • Safe mode boot

Here is what I will say now. I am sick, and I am tired of doing the same *** I know I will be told to do before I am even told. I work for a major Telecom in Canada, and I am one of your biggest clients, selling millions of your phones per year.

Now I know what you're going to say next, he just thinks that the chipsets are bad, he doesn't have factual proof of it.

Well, I have a very good friend who is one of the executives at Qualcomm, and he pulled this log out of a /system logcat which typical consumers don't have access to.

So as this is a known problem, what are you going to do to fix it? This affects almost every single mid to high tier device that you've sold with the Qualcomm processor in it. And here, a copy of my tickets that I have opened in the past regarding the said have never had any solving and response to my trouble shoot request.
