Check device control and media output by pulling down screen. And clear it. Reset device and check.

Hello movinglights,

Sorry to hear that, about your experience with your Samsung Galaxy phone having issues with Wi-fi, Bluetooth, and Hotspot not working and we apologize for the inconvenience it caused you.

Before you try out the recommendations below, be sure to check if your device's software and related apps are updated to the latest version. To update your mobile device's software, follow these steps:

Step 1. Go to Settings > Software update.

Step 2. Tap on Download and install.

Step 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Step 4. Reset your device. Check if it works now.

Try by checking below items in order to find out what is causing your device connectivity not functioning.

1) Ensure that the last apps that you've installed are uninstalled.
2) Enable GPS / Location access by trying toggling on and off location access under Settings > Location access.
3) Reset app permissions: Go to Settings > Apps > All > Press menu button > Reset app permissions.
4) Forget all WIFI devices which were connected earlier. Again turn on WIFI> Scan> and try to connect.
5) Reset network settings >Settings>General Management>Reset >Reset network settings.
6) Clear cache & data of Bluetooth.

If that still doesn't work, you can submit an error report through Samsung Members app as follows:

Step 1. Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and tap Error reports.

Step 2. Tap OK on agreement popup to send system log data.

Step 3. Select Symptom category "Networking/Wi-fi".

Step 4. Describe the problem in details and SEND.
