video codec not supported error

I have a question. Why is it that my videos suddenly can't play in the gallery? Like it says video not supported but I was able to play it literally a minute ago. And also checked that the format was mp4. What's happening???? What do I do with this? Do I just restart my phone?

Try updating your gallery app and the video player.
Check for updates in samsung galaxy store and google play store.

I don't remember seeing this in my own Samsung apps

Mp4 but it maybe using different codes like hevc use other third party like vlc from playstorr
