BPI App Error: A6940 Device Security Compromised on Samsung Phone

So I saw a message that says “A6940: Device Security Compromised” when I open the BPI mobile app, and then it closes immediately.

What worked for me for now is turning off the Accessibility Settings.

I read on the internet that Samsung has a Secure Folder, so I tried searching for it using the search bar, but it doesn’t show up.

I also tried going to Settings > Security and Privacy > More Security Settings, but I still can’t find the Secure Folder.

Is there no other solution to this?

Same rin, gumagamit ako dati ng assistant menu, pero ayaw ng bpi. Di ko alam dati kung pano, pero di gumagana bpi pag may naka on na function, lalo na may access sya sa buong screen gaya ng asstant menu
