I bet it's seeing that there's a later update for your device that hasn't been released yet. Great catch, we'll escalate this for you.
As for getting the update - would you mind checking via Settings > Software update to see if the update is ready to download? Try restarting the phone as well if you don't see any prompts.
If there are still no prompts to download even after the restart, then the software update for your device must not be ready yet - so we ask for a bit more patience from your end :)
