Camera flash issue.

Is this a known issue? This happens everytime I use flash at night.

I'm using a71.

Need help pls.

You may check your camera by doing Interactive checks using Samsung Mmebers. Here are the steps; Samsung Members > Get Help > Interactive Checks > Camera

Camera Interactive checks didnt give any option to use flash. :(

Good morning to you, I think you're flashlight brightness is in level 5 that's why. try to lower you're flashlight brightness to atleast level 2. Or in you're camera lens. Hope it helps
