hi,

I bought A54 last month and updated to SAMSUNG one UI 6.0. From that updated version onwards facing problems in camera.

While taking pictures, face of color is pale yellow and looks like the person is affected from jaundice. I can't able to take pictures from my new phone.

so clear the problem and give some solution for this ASAP.

Hey there, Ujasvini! So, it seems like the clash between Android's Night Light and Samsung's Eye Comfort Shield is what's causing this. Some users found a workaround by turning off network access and manually adjusting their device's time to daylight settings. Others are using Nova Launcher to turn off Google's Night Light feature (apparently, this is the only way to turn it off for now).

For us though, the ultimate fix might just be hanging tight and waiting for a security patch to clear this issue. So keep your device updated and let us know if you have any more concerns regarding this!

I have just purchased this product. Of course, I updated the software and I started using it. Well, I am very disatisfied. It seems this issue is being happening for a year now. That´s a long time without a solution. I read that the issue can be solve turning off HDR. Really?  come on Samsung, I would love you to solve this problem. I bought your product intead of another company because of your policy of 5 year security patches and 4 android updates. Though, of course I expect the camera to work well. I mean, I also bought this product because it was suppose to have a wonderful selfie camera. However, I look yellow aftert the picture is being processesed by the software. Yes, I have follow all the steps that Samsung proposed to solve this issue. This entails the following steps:

Reset the camera settings: Home screen tap on Camera>Settings>Reset settings>Reset.
Clear camera application data: Apps>Camera>Storage>Clear Data.
Check app cache: Settings > Apps > Camera> Storage > Clear Cache.

Check your device in safe mode: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/safe-mode-on-samsung-phones/

Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

Of course, I have not reset my phone. I mean, it is brand new!!!

Please Samsung, provide us with a solution. Just do it ;)

PS: this issue was first reported on the  12-03-2023 (https://r2.community.samsung.com/t5/Galaxy-A/Camera-App-Bug/td-p/15007913/page/2). The issue has still not being solved. So.....Samsung what's up?
