Can't edit my resolution A30

Ever since my LCD broke and had it replaced. My phone had an issue, it had like low resolutions and my back camera is so blurry.

I tried the troubleshooting

* Checked if I missed an update

* Checked at the camera settings

(can't change the resolution to both back and front cameras)

* Checked at my display settings, same problem I cant change the resolution because its nowhere to be seen.

I also tried "factory reset" to see if it will work but it didn't.

Any ideas how to fix this issue? Much is appreciated...

was it repaired by samsung service center? it seems 3rd party repair and their workmanship failed
