Can't Receive OTP: Resolved

Hello!

I hope all you guys are okay.

Have you experienced not receiving OTP on your phone even your number can still send/receive text messages?

These are what I did to troubleshoot:

1. Turned off/on Airplane mode.

2. Phone restart.

3. Swaped SIM slots.

4. Checked Messages settings.

5. Made sure on the website that the registered number is correct.

6. Tried to register a new number on the website to check if it would work.

Tried: Suggested by Members

7. Changed to 2G on settings.

At first, I really thought the problem is my SIM, but now I'm considering the phone. I don't know if I'm right but my frustration on this is growing. Please help. Thank you!

If you can receive other messages, then neither the phone or sim is the problem. I think its the server of your website, might be busy at the moment you tried.

If you think its the phone, try inserting your sim to another phone to receive the OTP.

I have this problem now I can receive and send text messages but aren't receiving otps for multiple apps, once I got my new phone and Samsung switched everything over, all my Banks all my Stock Investing apps cryptocurrency apps multiple otps none come through

For months unable to receive OTP from one overseas bank. Contacted the carrier and the bank both said the issue is not in there end. Then today moved the sim to another phone and voila received my first OTP in months. IT IS SAMSUNG GALAXY FOLD PHONE ISSUE. How can it be fixed? Please advise.
