Have you experienced not receiving OTP on your phone even your number can still send/receive text messages?
These are what I did to troubleshoot:
1. Turned off/on Airplane mode.
2. Phone restart.
3. Swaped SIM slots.
4. Checked Messages settings.
5. Made sure on the website that the registered number is correct.
6. Tried to register a new number on the website to check if it would work.

7. Changed to 2G on settings.
At first, I really thought the problem is my SIM, but now I'm considering the phone. I don't know if I'm right but my frustration on this is growing. Please help. Thank you!
Bought my S23 Ultra last year abroad. I can send OTP sms and receive OTP normally for my foreign bank accounts, but now that I come back home I can't do so with my country's local simcard. I will consult the branch on Monday.
