bakit hindi ma-touch screen ko? na bababa yung notif panel pero di rin ma-touch. how to fix this without factory reset? may same experience ba dito?

Need talaga po siguro everytime na mag uupdate to new os dapat nag cleclear ng cache, ilang days ko narin kasi di magamit A34 ko na kastuck lang lockscreen. 😢

I experienced this last Monday that I can't touch the screen at all except for being able to pull the notification panel down and switch apps by holding and sliding the home button. I figured out that it's because of the NavStar module in Good Lock app.

I restarted my phone and haven't experienced it then.
