Cannot add Maybank Debit Card for Samsung Pay

Hi everyone,

Please help me to figure out to add my Maybank debit card for Samsung Pay. It is very unfortunate to not being able use this Samsung feature.

thats weird, i have no issue adding maybank debit card to my samsung pay. can you be specific? what sort of problem you encountered? might be an issue with your card.

The card does not have any problem. I can use it paywave and withdraw money from ATM.

well what does it say when you try to add the card into samsung pay?

Is this your first attempt adding the card to Samsung Pay? You might need to call Maybank Customer Care to activate the digital token for your card

This is not my first time. Ive been using different Samsung account because I cant remember the previous password. So, I create new Samsung account. And then, when I try to add my bank card, still cannot do so.

Since your card has been associated with different Samsung Pay account, you need to call Maybank to reset your card's digital token

just go to the counter and ask them to reset my card digital token?
