Cannot make a call during 5G mode

Hi all.. i having issue on making a call during phone on 5G mode.. if on 3G mode its ok.. How to resolve ya?? BTW im using A54 5g

The moment I read your post, I immediately tested it on my S22U and the outcome is a bit interesting.
The line is full bar on 5G and the moment I press call button, immediately it changes to 4G+, and the call went through. I believe maybe because for 5G line in Malaysia, all goes to one single provider which is DNB and it only provides data as per contract. Any calls, I mean pure call function and not Whatsapp calls needs to go through own providers network in this case.
So, that means by right your phone has or need to change to 4G or LTE or lower whenever you press call button.

If for call out ok la i can change the signal to 3G.. but for incoming call, as long as im using 5G they would never get me at all..

It seems your phone is unable to switch to 4G or lower when there's incoming call. Do you notice this at one particular location ie in your office or everywhere you go?

Already try calling indise building and outside building.. same problem..

I mean, different location far away from your current location which you can confirm your phone is using a different cell tower. Sometimes it's due to that particular tower and by switching to different tower, the problem is solved.

Check if u have VoLTE / Wifi calling enabled on network settings. Usually it's on by default by telco. If not, u can toggle it manually or contact ur telco.

I cannot manual toggle off the VoLTE.. not able to find the button 😅😅

You should have it ON by default by telco. If there's no VoLTE icon next to 5G try contacting ur telco (example Digi via mydigi app)

Already ON.. i made some test when the VoLTE is none then the phone can receive and make a call.. if the VoLTE icon is there then problem.. I wanna try with others provider.. BTW im using UNIFI prepaid
