cannot see other wifi connections

hi my samsung galaxy a16 wifi is fine at home but when i go to the library or shopping mall where they have free wifi when i click on wifi network i do not see a list of other wifi networks

Go to your wifi settings, click the top right 3 button and choose Intelligent Wifi.

Click on 'intelligent wifi' a few times and then the 'connectivity labs' option will become available.

Scroll down to 'customise wifi list settings'

Put the scroll to the right most option.
