Good afternoon @Alison12, you can change the background colour from light/dark and the text colour will be the opposite, however you cannot choose a specific colour.
To edit the widget:
Tap and hold widget > Widget Settings > Toggle off 'Match with Mode' to choose individually.

Just upgraded to 23 noticed by date background will not match background (black or white only) but ols s8 it matched screen background. In lockscreen I have the slider to match background. Any thoughts?
