Charging Stopped - Your phone's battery temperature is too low

Hi guys, I really need help regarding this charging problem of mine. My phone's certainly not too cold, I'm sure of that. I live in the Philippines and there's no winter here. I really need your advise to remedy this.

It's the temperature problem. Better take it to Samsung Service Centre to have it checked.

It will show the same. It's basically a Temperature sensor problem . Saw this on many other sams.

There might be a problem inside it. The best way is take it to nearest Samsung Service Center in your area.

3) Charge the device using another charger.
4) Verify, if the phone has been dropped or has any sign of physical damage.
