Custom call background on A52s 5g

Hello, I would like to ask, how do I set a custom call background for my contacts? This is supposed to be a new feature in One UI 5, and I have recently updated my phone software. I am using a Samsung Galaxy A52s 5g.

Go to Contacts > the contact you want to edit > tap Edit > Call background.

Yes, I updated my phone just the night before

Go to Settings > Apps > Contacts > Storage, then tap Clear cache.
