Custom call background on A52s 5g

Hello, I would like to ask, how do I set a custom call background for my contacts? This is supposed to be a new feature in One UI 5, and I have recently updated my phone software. I am using a Samsung Galaxy A52s 5g.

On the community tab you should see a pencil icon on the lower right side. You can use that to post your content

Yes, my phone was updated the night before

Are you in One UI 5.0 or 5.1?

Try this open the call app>click the three dots in the upper right side corner>settings it should show call background as one of the options

I've tried this and it doesn't show how to set up a custom call background for an individual contact, it's more like a general background

I did a search in google and it might be that it might that for Samsung A52s 5G the setup is only for general background for now. Are you in One UI 5.0 or 5.1?

It's 5.1 as far as I recall. But I figured out the problem now; I should save my contacts to my phone instead of the sim card. The custom call background feature shows up then. Thanks for all the help tho!

UPDATE: I've already figured out the problem guys, I need to save my contacts to phone and not to the sim card. Only then will the custom call background feature show up. Thanks for all the help! 😅
