This is a very good question, I don't think there's a way to delete recently/frequently used emojis in the Samsung Keyboard unless you reset it to default.

Hello there! How to clear emoji history on Samsung?

1. Go to Settings app > Apps > Google Keyboard.
2. Click "Storage"
3. Click "Clear Data"
