You should turn off your data if you're using wifi ^^. It would consume your battery more.

The call is my problem when i missed call the notification will not disappear

Wait, is that facebook messenger app? Same problem here. But what i do is force stop. It's fixed. Just restart the app again. That app is the problem with the call notification and developer just got tired fixing it.

Bittersweet1803 is correct - this is a known issue with Facebook Messenger. 

You can force stop this app by going to Settings > Apps > Messenger > Force stop.
