I am trying to find out if an A14 SamSamsung mobile will accommodate an esim. I can see the following when I research, which are in contradiction to each other. I am wanting one for overseas travel.

Thank you for any assistance.

There are likely to be different models in different regions. Read my post on A54 5G from a couple of days ago.
Probably not Google "A14 5G gsmarena" it appears to list a single model or a dual sim standby but they don't promise 100% accuracy.
You should probably buy from Samsung Australia or one of the APPROVED resellers. For Australian model specs go to Samsung Australia website and search for specs. Avoid grey market phones, see the post I refer to, grey market phones may only be partially compatible with Australian 5G bands.
I had incredible problems trying to find out about dual sim/esim when I bought a S23 FÈ phone a few weeks ago. I wanted a minimum dual sim phone and eventually bought on risk and got a sim plus esim (which I preferred). In the search on the gsmarena site it showed esim as being one of the options, whereas the A14 gsmarena site doesn't.
If you can afford it and want a dual sim option I would encourage a Samsung esim option, especially if going overseas. This is because whilst you can only have two active phone numbers, in esim you can store several esim profiles meaning you can switch between esim profiles. E,g. one for UK, one for Turkey and one for China, but only one active.

UPDATE An esim option is diferent to an eSim.me card, I just looked it up. Still a card but it emulates he esim function. Presumably it uses one line to a third party company which then switches you different profiles stored in their web site, or it is all stored on the card.
Issues.
You are stuck with them and their pricing
All your calls go through their "switchboard" before re-direction to your country of choice.
I admire the enterprise they show but would personally be cautious. Google esim.Me
