Hi,

This is going to be a dumb rookie question - have two Samsung phones, one is a J2 Pro and the other is a Galaxy A21S.

I use these a development / production support phones for an Application that I support for two different clients (same application).  Occasionally I will need to grab one of the application data files from the phone and use Quick Support / Team View to do it.

On the J2, using the File Transfer feature, I goto /storage/emulated/0/Android/data/com.<application> to get to the files I need to interrogate.

However, on the A21S - I goto /storage/emulated/0/Android/data and it shows me a list of folders, and when I goto 'External Storage' I see '/storage/emulated/0' - and when I navigate down to the Android/data I seem to get into an endless loop.

Any ideas?  I am trying to solve a problem, and need to get the data file.

Thanks in advance.

Hi there, that's strange.

I suggest sending an error report via the Samsung Members app on your A21s for this to be investigated. Error reports are sent to our team to identify any deviations in your device performance, once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further.

To send an error report:

Samsung Members > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘send system log data’ > Send in top right.
