hi this is pranav. It seems u have a problem with the fingerprint of A50. Don't worry its easy to solve the problem. I had the same problem with my Tab S6. First check if the screen protector (if kept) is damaged. if it is then replace it. If no then manually unlock the phone go to settings and in biometrics section, remove all registered fingerprints and add a new one. remember this thing. If u registered the fingerprint before placing the screen protector then thats the reason u r finding problem. so remove the fingerprint and register new one
