Fingerprint scanner won't work if screen is off

My fingerprint scanner won't work if the screen is off, I need to wake the screen to scan my fingerprint. I checked the settings and Fingerprint always on is enabled. I started to notice it this May and I already factory reset my phone but the problem is still there. My phone is A52 5G.

Sometimes it works, it scans my fingerprint when screen is off. Its like my phone is on very deep sleep that I need to wake my screen first to use the fingerprint scanner. Power Saving is off. I hope its just a bug and the May update will fix it.

try to switch "show icon when screen is off" to Tap to show
