Hello i am new Samsung user, earlier this afternoon when i received a notification, noticed that my notification flash didn't work so i click the "Flashlight" button to check if what's the problem. But it turns out that my Flashlight isn't working. Could anyone please tell what's wrong with my Flashlight or maybe it's just something else. (My phone is a Samsung Galaxy A35 thooo). Please helppp
Hello, itsdylan_mf! It could be a settings issue or a glitch with the flashlight. Try restarting your phone first. If that doesn’t help, use the Samsung Members app to run a diagnostic check to see if there's an underlying issue.
Open the Samsung Members app.
Tap on Support at the bottom of the screen.
Select Diagnostic.
Follow the on-screen prompts to run the test and check if there’s a hardware or software issue.
