I guess it's a software issue they called it *softbreak* try rooting your device and flash back to it's stable version OS.
But first try to wipe and clear cache partition by going to recovery mode(it'll format your fon).
Note: Back up 1st your data.

If that's the case, aren't Samsung going to recall all affected devices and make counter solution to all affected customers? I found this case happening more often this time and lot of users of different model are complaining regarding the same issue. Hope Samsung could do something about it.

Galaxy AWhat? I have a Samsung A51 and I don't encounter any issues with it. That might be a software update.
