I want to ask if the samsung A03 dual camera lens is durable? Because i touch the camera lens harder, then i check if it's not broken, the dual camera lens or scratches.

So the A03's cameras are lined with the same type of glass your screen has. It's only as strong as your screen, and only as durable as the situations it's put in. 

On scratches

No glass is completely scratch-proof. All glasses, even Gorilla glass, has tolerances on how much abrasion it can take before showing visible scratches.

On fractures

Glass breaks when subjected to pressure. Short of say, bulletproof or skyscraper window glass (which would not be ideal for displays and screens), most glass would break when heavy external pressure is applied. Please avoid pressing on your camera lenses to avoid these!

Now, how do I avoid scratches / fractures on my A03's cameras? 

Simple: Use a case! Most cases have a recess that allows for the the camera array to be suspended, away from surfaces, avoiding damage.
