Hello, it shows as an upcoming security patch update by maybe 3rd week or at the end of this month, as far as I know that it's June 2022 security patch update

As schedule said, A02s will get Android 12 update by August

B'coz A02s recieves security patch update annually (every 3 months)

Unlike the flagships ones that recieve security patch update monthly

Is this a good thing or a bad thing? Because I received some news that updates made some samsung phones experience bugs and some kind of errors and so. So is it a good thing?

No. If there are bugs, they would just do wipe cache partition after the update.

As @Khaled75 said that sometimes it caused by a bugs and wiping cache partition will solve some of it on their cases

Note:
No operating system (OS) is perfect, even iOS have a bugs also on their updates

That's why we are receiving some updates such as security patch update that will include bug fixes sometimes and that thing is needed to be installed to fix the issue
