Galaxy A1. Turn off your phone.
2. Plug in the USB cable via PC or charger (in case its USB-C to USB-C).
3. Then press and hold Power and Volume up buttons.
4. Release the power button. When the recovery screen shows up, release the volume up button.
5. Navigate to and select Wipe cache partition (Volume up and down is for highlighting options and power is to select).
6. Navigate to and select Yes.
7. Press the power button to select Reboot system now.

Important to ensure that your Samsung phone device is up-to-date with the latest updates.
Bluetooth:
- Select the Bluetooth icon, tap on it to switch it off. Now tap on it again to turn it on.
Wi-Fi:
- Select the Wi-Fi icon, tap on it to switch it off. Now tap on it again to turn it on.
Hotspot:
- Select the Hotspot icon, tap on it to switch it off. Now tap on it again to turn it on.
If the problem persists, please continue checking the condition of your device with thorough Diagnostic scans through Samsung Members app. Refer to the below link.

- Run Samsung Members and select Get help on the lower half of the screen.
- Tap View tests located under Diagnostics.
- Diagnostics checks, tap one-by-one;
- Wi-Fi
- Hotspot
- Bluetooth
- Follow the on-screen instructions to help test your phone's functions.
- Your Galaxy phone will then run through the checks.

Galaxy AWhen I tap the wifi icon it doesn't turn on.. it always turns off..
Same with the Bluetooth and hotspot
