Sooner or later, the update will be rolled out right into your phone. There are various reasons why there are some delays in the roll-out of the software updates to specific Regions/Countries. It is also worth noting that the Galaxy A12 users, which were supposed to receive the Android 12 update in August, just got it on the 1st of September.

You just need to be patient about it. It was already stated that some delays might happen due to some circumstances that may have arrived. I suggest you turn on Automatic Download over WiFi so that it's ready to install once it's downloaded. For now, enjoy what Android 11 has to offer.

The A11 is scheduled this September to receive its Android 12 update, what do you mean you're waiting for a year and 2 months?

i started waiting everyday until august 2022 then september still nothing :(

I understand, but you see, Samsung releases a roadmap for the updates, and there's nothing you can do but wait further. As sad as it sounds, it's still better than receiving nothing.
