You can check reputable websites that posted topics about this. There's no official word from Samsung yet but the schedule should be posted here as soon as it's available.

No, we will not get it... Don't read the comments saying that the A12 will get the Android 14 update, because it won't. 

You can Google the official list launched by Samsung of devices that will and you'll see for yourself that the A12 is not there.

I saw one comment about their phone getting android 14 but that phone is not on the list, so maybe we can get it too
