Galaxy a15 fingerprint not responding and corrupt and macro crashes

When i use fingerprint it sometimes works and it sometimes doesnt it would sometimes say fingerprint corrupt or fingerprint not responding ive tried enrolling the fingerprints many times and resetting paging cache and when i also go on macro on camera the camera app crashes 70 percent of the time
