ask your provider, perhaps you must activate VoLTE manually and WiFi Calling (VoWiFi) is another service from your SIM provider, make sure your SIM provider provides VoWiFi service

Dahil yon sa network provider. Ang globe walang volte pero ang smart meron.

Globe *has* VoLTE and VoWiFi. Contact customer service to enable it for your SIM.
