Galaxy A20s Smooth rotation issue

Hi I'm an A20s user, I just updated my software to the latest os, but lately I noticed that there are some changes of performance in my device, and one of them is the rotation, this bothered me the most. The smooth animation of my rotation is gone. So this is how it goes, everytime I change the orientation of my screen, it'll stay on portrait for a second, and in just a blink it'll go to landscape. This also affect my Youtube experience. What do i need to do to bring it back?

we can fix it on developer options
