I've checked on the page regularly and it has said shipped without a tracking code assigned for 5 days straight, anyone know what's going on here? I have not received an email either about said tracking code, i have checked absolutely everywhere

I'm getting the same thing, no confirmation on the details sent to redeem the watch.

I tried for weeks to get the watch then I found the form to apply for it sent the details I got from Telstra and got a message saying I did not have authority to send the information. So I guess I won't be getting it . I spoke to people on the chat line tried the various email and website information but no one was really interested.
