I've just bought an A52 5G (A5260 model) and find that it's not recognising my USB-C connected NVMe drive that I use to backup my mobile(s). My previous Galaxy A70 (which I still have) recognises the drive.

Both models support USB-C 2.0, On-The-Go (OTG) so does anyone know why the A52 doesn't want to work?

thnx

Hi @webby, I would recommend turning on USB debugging and seeing if this helps. To do this:

- Go into Settings > About phone > Software information > tap on Build number  7 times. This should turn on developer options.

- Go back to Settings page > scroll to the bottom and tap on Developer options > Turn on USB debugging.

Let us know if this helps!
