GalaxyA15 still no July Security Update

Only a few days left until the end of July and my phone doesn't recieve the update. Is Samsung Philippines lazy to publish updates? I recognized that a lot of countries have July Patch on A15's, but here hasn't arrived yet.

Update roll-outs vary per country. I think it's not fair that we use the word lazy just because ours come in later compared to other countries.
