Hi, I am asking this question on behalf of my partner who has a Samsung Galaxy A73 and she's having so much trouble loading her games.
We have done EVERYTHING possible even disabling the Google Play Store to try and get the games to work but nothing has. They fit the specs of her phone and at times (which seems to be random) they will load up to the point of starting the game BUT there is NO display, just a black screen with a loading symbol spinning constantly. Funny thing is that there is the sound of the game running as if she is in it!
Please help me help her get this frustrating issue fixed as it’s ruining my life, having a constant angry woman is down right scary, my fix was to go to the dark side and get an iPhone but she loves the android over apple.

Have you tried clearing the cache? For an A73, this can be done by connecting your phone with the charging cable to a computer and turning the phone off. Then, once the charging icon appears, press and hold the power and volume up buttons. Once the Samsung logo appears, let go of the power button, but keep pressing and holding the volume up button. An Android bot will show up, followed by a No Command message. After that, you will see an Android Recovery menu. Use the Volume up and down to navigate. Go down to the 'wipe cache partition' option, and click on it. The menu should disappear for a moment, then come back. Finally, use the Volume down button to navigate to the reboot system now option, and press the power button, but do not hold. If this solution doesn't work, either wait for other comments to show you how to fix the problem, or if those don't work, go to the support tab on Samsung Members, and click on Send Feedback. Click on Apps, and type in your problem. A person would reply to your problem, and their solutions usually work. Hope this helps! (btw sorry if this comment was way too long)
