Google assistant UI reverted back to the Old one

I used to have that new Assistant UI after I updated my phone To One UI 3.1 but Since my phone Got a security update Last last week, The UI reverted back to the old one like When My phone was running one ui 1 before, anyone having this issue?

Wait, I think I fixed it

I tried updating all the google apps Including The google app Itself, after a minute It turned back to normal again and its much faster

I think the rounded one may be server-side update, not in the app itself
