Hi, my samsung galaxy a21s states GPS signal lost when I try to use any map apps. This started after having my screen replaced. I have uninstaller and reinstalled the apps along with doing a factory reset and still no luck. I have contacted Samsung customer support and I'm not happy with the help I was given. I don't have much to sat about Samsung's customer service due to the way in which I've experienced what seems to be the 'denial' of my z fold 3 manufacturer fault in phone problem where after 6 months or more of use of the phone a fine line appeared in the middle of the phone when the phone was opened and this fine line over a short time got bigger and bigger to the point that it affected the functioning of the phone. Even under warranty Samsung were going to charge me to fix what I believe is something of no fault of my own yet a fault within the design of the phone. So I don't have any faith in them. So I'm putting my issue out there to see if anyone can help me get my phone maps working again.
In addition to any Samsung warranty you are covered by the Australian government warranty so read up on this to see if you are still covered under the date limit. For both phones from the main Community page, top right, use the search option to search for consumer affairs, guarantee (? warranty), fit for purpose, z fold 3, etc. Read a few overlapping posts in case some have more information on action taken.
