GSIS Touch always crashes

GSIS Touch won't open. It's always crashing upon opening on my A15 5G. I tried reinstalling the app but the issue still exists.

Is it a problem with Android version? Ok naman kasi sya sa realme phone ko. Napansin ko lang na di na sya nag work nung nag update ako ng Google play services.
