GSIS Touch always crashes

GSIS Touch won't open. It's always crashing upon opening on my A15 5G. I tried reinstalling the app but the issue still exists.

Same with my S24 Ultra. It keeps crashing. Tried uninstalling-reinstalling but still unresolved.

Tried installing the app on my galaxy tab S9 and it worked properly but not on my S24 ultra.
