Hi @jhffhj, could you specify what is occurring with your device?

Some suggestions I have include:

1. Clearing cache and reinstalling browsers (Google Chrome, Samsung Internet). This can help if your device is being flooded with ads from website.

Settings > Apps > Google Chrome > Storage > Clear data

2. Deleting suspicious apps that you do not recognise or were recently downloaded.

Tap and hold app icon > Uninstall

3. Security scan

Settings > Device Care > Security > Scan

4. Factory reset as a final resort: Note this will delete your Gallery photos, app data, and log you out of any accounts so be sure to back up your data.

Settings > General Management > Reset > Factory Data Reset

Let me know how you go!

We have Cameras around the outside of our house. It's like hubby knows when I log into the Homeview app. He is telling people that I'm cheating on him, because of the noises he can here on them.
BTW IM NOT CHEATING.

Hi @Becca2, I am sorry to hear that.

If you suspect your device is being hacked, I recommend for you to head into your nearest authorised service centre with your proof of purchase so that we can take a closer look into this. Please be aware that due to our Privacy Policy, your device may be factory reset before being assessed. I highly recommend backing up your device via Smart Switch, OneDrive and/or Google to ensure none of your data is lost.

To book an appointment prior to heading in-store or to drop off your device via Australia Post: https://www.samsung.com/au/support/your-service/main
