Hanged freeze no sounds after software update

Sino diyo bagong software update. Pag update ko kasi bigla bumagal cp ko . Nag hahanged tapos walang sounds khit ano apps buksan no sounds

clear cache mo lng.. pra matangal ung residue nung last version.

enter mo phone mo into recovery mode..then scroll down mo dun sa clear cache

Have you tried what your co-member suggested? Open Settings, and then swipe to and tap Apps. Select or search for the app you want to clear. Tap Storage, and then tap Clear cache. Note: The only way to clear the cache on every app at the same time would be to perform a factory reset on your phone. Hope to have helped you.
