Need help . May Isa pang Tao na gumagamit ng samsung account ko and identity ko. I've been calling samsung regarding this.. palagi ko tuloy need magbura ng samsung account.

What's your phone? CSC is different from Model Number. XTC is the CSC made for the Philippines, DS simply means Dual Sim. Your firmware cant be changed by just using your Samsung Account.

I even contacted samsung support they verified that the model is incorrect

Naku grace bili ka na lang ibang samsung model. Never ever use that phone again.

Bili ulit? Bulok security nila tapos ako ung bbili? Diba dapat sila ung magbigay ng bago kase ndi nila kaya isecure ung phone. Kahit anong gawin 3x na sa pinagawa naaaccess paden ..
