yes, that's mean your phone doesn't have built-in screen recording, i found it funny if your phone doesn't have built-in screen recording then you shouldn't have screen recording when gaming, so i like how Samsung finally remove the ability to record screen if your phone doesn't come with built-in screen recording in the first place
