Update!

I unexpectedly fix my problem 😌 so apparently i turned on the HEVC at the camera settings which (not sure tho) leads to "video codec" problem. Then i wanted to take a silly video and tried turning off the HEVC and viola! The problem solved! All my videos in my gallery starts playing again.1725561186501.jpg

you need to install a media player that supports HEVC files.
